For each Contribution you represent and warrant that: (a) you hold all necessary rights; (b) you will not publish content depicting anyone under eighteen (18) engaged in sexual conduct, and you have verified and kept written documentation in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and other applicable laws; and (c) you have written consent from every identifiable person in the Contribution.
5. Prohibited Content
The following is strictly prohibited on the Site:
- (a) any content that sexually involves, is violent toward, or is pornographic about a minor (anyone under 18). We take child exploitation extremely seriously and will report offenders to the authorities;
- (b) any content that infringes the privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights of any person or entity;

6. User Conduct
